Nick Tout
Nick Tout after completing his degree in economics from Loughborough University, joined recruitment giant Hays in 1994 where he quickly was promoted to director and had a 17 year career in London and the SE.
Nick has extensive experience at advising and consulting with senior financial executives in career planning and optimising the recruitment process. Along with Chris Castle, Nick established eXactitude in the summer of 2011 to provide a high quality, consultative recruitment service, to the senior finance marketplace.
Nick is a competitive sportsman, playing golf off 6 at Goodwood and Royal Winchester, while also enjoying both road and off-road cycling. He retired in 2014 as a fanatical hockey player, where he enjoyed 21 years of first team experience at county, national league and regional premier level. He was captain at many clubs, including Winchester hockey club where he was a member for the last 13 years of his career. He is currently the lead coach for Winchester hockey club U12’s.

With 25+ years experience in the recruitment market, Carrie offers a personal and knowledgeable service. Carrie has worked in both the London and Hampshire market and focuses on understanding each individual client and candidate, which enables her to provide a tailored service to match requirements. Offering an honest and consultative approach, Carrie works hard to provide her clients and candidates with an efficient and results focused recruitment service.
Carrie is a director of eXactitude since 2018 and is focused on finding high demand accountancy & tax staff for professional practices across Hampshire and surrounding towns. In addition to this specialism she manages KnoxRecruit which provides high quality office staff for clients.
Outside of work, when not busy with her family, Carrie has many interests, including walking, watching most sports, road cycling and golf. She played hockey for c20 years at both Spencer and Winchester.
