Farnborough £100-120k Base + Bonus + Bens (Board level package)
Well established and profitable international service sector c£36m TO business seek board level FD.
This is a growth journey hire and my client is looking for a finance director who enjoys the mix of being hands on day to day with the small team (detail conscious is critical) while also strategic in outlook and delivery.
You will work as a peer with two other operational directors and be a strong business partner to both them and the wider business.
From day one you will be charged with looking at efficiencies and how to add value. Finance is an essential part of this business and is also client facing. The team are positive and polished and require a charismatic leader, who is accountable and team focused.
What You’ll Do:
- Shape financial strategy and governance at board level
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Deliver robust reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage cashflow, treasury, and compliance across multiple entities
- Drive process improvements and support commercial decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Proven Finance Director or experienced Financial Controller ready to step up
- SME background with strong leadership experience
- Ideally service sector background with international elements an advantage
- Confident, energetic, and hands-on with both strategy and detail
