Eastleigh – £40-60k DOE Neg
Experienced partner who has acquired some smaller practices to scale fast seeks senior manager to join the team. This practice is well established and provides both outsourced and traditional practice services to a loyal client base. There is no audit.
You will enjoy working in a small team of 7-10 people and being hands on. However you will also be an adept networker and able to develop new client revenue streams with ease.
My client is looking for a qualified accountant who perhaps would like a better work life-balance than the traditional pure office based 40 hour week of a mid-tier practice.
There will be some time in the office required to team build but huge flexibility on both remote working and hours on a week to week basis.
This role could suit full time person or a part-time person. You may be a manager or client accountant looking to step up or a current senior manager or possibly director. My client can flex the package according to experience.
