Southampton – £100-150k OTE Neg
eXactitude have been briefed to identify an ambitious Corporate Tax professional who is looking to join an established regional firm that are expanding their CT offering across a South central region, covering the key counties of Hampshire (from Southampton), Wiltshire and Berkshire.
You will be a qualified Tax professional from probably the Top 20 and likely to be operating at Senior Manager or maybe Manager level or maybe a current director or partner.
You will be keen to work with an established team of partners & directors to grow a business stream and have ownership of this large CT market. This is not a ground zero start up and you do not need to bring a portfolio with you (although this would be welcomed).
My client is looking for someone who has able business partnership skills, is a skilled networker and likes opening new doors. Essentially core partnership skills. In reward for growing the firm and team building you will be offered a competitive package with the ability to move from director to Partner in the future with all the expected trappings of success.
This role will suit someone who is frustrated at the pace of their progression and who wants to have proper business ownership of their own CT division.
